The Webster City Community School District Board of Education basically held two board meetings on Monday night. The second could be characterized as “out with the old, in with the new.” New board members Jerry Klaver and Kerry Jacobsen, who were elected in November, joined re-elected incumbent Dave Stoakes as they set the guidelines for the year ahead.
