Hamilton County Conservation to host program on Wednesday
The Hamilton County Conservation office will hold a program at the Briggs Woods barn shelter from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. called Chasing Fireflies, Bat Counts and Glow games.
Led by John Laird, participants will learn about firefly habitats and the best techniques to catch and release them responsibly.
They will also count the bats coming out of the bat houses at the shelter. The evening will end with glow games, with glow frisbees, glow golf and glow darts. Bring a flashlight and plan to enjoy the evening magic.
