If you asked the Webster City boys’ golf team about their home triangular against Humboldt and St. Edmond, which took place on Tuesday at the Webster City Links Golf Course, there was another opponent on the fairways, rough and greens. Lynx girls continue to improve on the track

IOWA FALLS — As the North Central Conference and Class 3A State Qualifying Meets draw ever so closer, the Webster City girls’ track team continued to show improvement each time they step foot onto the track, jump into the sand, clearing the bar or from within the circle. HUMBOLDT — After dealing with tough competition in last weekend’s Kuemper Invitational, the Webster City girls’ golf team took to the road to take on a pair of North Central Conference opponents. The Lynx were solid in their triangular with Humboldt and St. Edmond, held on Tuesday at the Humboldt Country Club, placing second with an overall score of 224.
