The Webster City boys tennis team secured a dual victory over Iowa Falls-Alden here last Friday behind three singles wins and two more doubles triumphs for a 5-4 win. Nathan Wardell and James Elliott had their hand in four of those, as Wardell scored a straight-set victory at No. 1 in singles over Carter Zollar, 6-4, 6-2. Lynx quartet runs at Drake

DES MOINES — Kali Hartnett, Tessa Hansen, Isabel Weinschenk and Isabel Grossoehme got the chance to experience the Drake Relays here this past Saturday. The Webster City quartet competed in the first round of the 4x100-meter relay from inside Drake Stadium, finishing in a time of 51.63. That was good enough for 83rd overall and fifth in the second heat. Lynx boys fall to Nevada

The Webster City boys tennis team was unable to keep the momentum going from a big win earlier this week going here Tuesday night, falling to Nevada by a 9-0 count.
