SH teacher, coach arrested for being under the influence
WEBSTER CITY – Daniel Todd Brodie, a secondary social studies teacher and the head wrestling and girls’ track coach at South Hamilton High School, was arrested for operating while under the influence, first offense, Saturday night in Hamilton County.
Brodie was also charged with speeding and operating without registration. He posted a $1,000 cash bond and was released.
South Hamilton Athletic Director Todd Coy was contacted for comment, but declined.
“I cannot comment on personal issues of South Hamilton employees,” Coy said.
