During the Hamilton County Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, the public hearing was set for the consideration of the maximum tax levy for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. That date is March 25. The future of the property at 1900 Superior St.is one step closer to having a tenant, as the Hamilton County Supervisors approved a lease agreement with Iowa Specialty Hospital and Clinic. The agreement has to have final approval yet from the board for ISHC.
