On Feb. 14, Tamara J. Stueland, of Webster City, was charged with third degree theft and ongoing criminal conduct.

On Feb. 24, Ricky E. Clabaugh, of Webster City, was charged with sexual assault.

On Feb. 27, Ashley D. Shivers, of Fort Dodge, was charged with possession of meth and driving while their license was barred.

On March 2, Moreno F. Contreras, of Webster City, was charged with domestic aggravated assault.

On March 4, Jeffrey L. Habhab, of Webster City, was charged with simple assault and trespass of real property.

On March 5, Arianna C. Tuel, of Webster City, was charged with theft.

On March 15, several arrests were made at what police described as an underage drinking party in a police report. Andrew J. Straw, of Webster City, was charged under the city social host ordinance. At the party, four minors were arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.

On March 15, Matthew V. Deimerly, of Webster City, was charged with driving while their license was revoked.

On March 17, Martin S. Martinez, of Webster City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

On March 19, Jeremy R. Roberts, of Webster City, was charged with driving while their license was suspended.

On March 21, Dale E. Mason, of Webster City, was charged with simple assault.
