‘Sherlock Holmes and the Wolf Family Caper’ wraps up this weekend at WCCT

Local residents have three more chances to see the latest Webster City Community Theatre production, “Sherlock Holmes and the Wolf Family Caper.”

Performances of the children’s production are Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at the box office or online at www.wcctonline. org. The box office is open weeknights from 5 to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon and one-hour before curtain on performance days. To make a reservation, call 832-4456.

The audience is called upon to help Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick, Dr. Joan Watson, solve the mystery of “The Wolf Family Caper.”

Director Alan Yungclas is mentoring two high school students who are serving as assistant co-directors.  Maren Borer and Katie Greenfield have both been involved in several WCCT productions. Eighteen area youths were cast in the production.

“Sherlock Holmes and the Wolf Family Caper” is presented through special arrangement with Big Dog Productions.
