The Webster City Women’s Club will hold its Christmas party Monday, Dec. 13 atr 1:30 p.m. at the Jane Young House. Grab Bag Bingo will be played and each member is asked to bring one wrapped white elephant gift to share.

Donna Foster will conduct the installation of new officers for the new year. A short memorial service will take place honoring the members who have died in the past year. Mary Ann Erickson will give the blessing.

The Women’s Club enjoyed hosting the free open house and participating in the Christmas in the City activities Saturday, Dec. 4 at the Jane Young House. Many people with their children stopped by to view the historic home of Kendall and Jane Young, which was built in 1874. The Youngs gave their estate to build a town library.

The Vintage Clothing Exhibit upstairs in the home was also open. The entire home was decorated in a Christmas theme. Cider and cookies were served at the conclusion of the tour.
