Seniors and Law Enforcement Together — SALT — will meet Thursday, October 5, at Van Diest Medical Center, in the clinic board room, 2350 Hospital Drive, Webster City.

The event will begin at 9 a.m. with a light breakfast and free blood pressure checks conducted by Van Diest Medical Center.

The meeting is at 9:30 a.m. with updates from local and county law enforcement officers, as well as reports from county agencies and communities throughout Hamilton County. The program to follow will be Accident Investigations, presented by Iowa State Trooper Paul Gardner and Hamilton County Sheriff Doug Timmons.

Meeting attendees are encouraged to park in the west parking lot and enter through the exterior door to the board room, which is located along the sidewalk between the hospital and clinic entrances. SALT meetings are free and open to the public.
