Marilyn Middleton receives a bouquet and congratulations from Jeff Johnson, president and CEO of the ISU Alumni Association. She was honored with the ISU Service Key Award at the recent gathering of the Hamilton County ISU Alumni Association. The annual award recognizes ISU alumni for outstanding service to the local community and to Iowa State. Johnson updated the Hamilton county alumni on ISU events and also supervised the auction that raised more than $14,000. The money funds scholarships to students from Hamilton county. Last year 19 Webster City and South Hamilton students attending ISU were awarded grants of $500 to $1,000. In the past four years 50 scholarships have been awarded.
