Webster City High School Band Director, Rachel Daum, played two flute solos during the evening.
The Webster City Women’s Club presented a Scholarship to Madison Dyvig, daughter of Jory and Michelle Dyvig of Webster City. She plans to attend Iowa State University. While maintaining a 3.6 GPA, Dyvig has been in student council, was a basketball manager, plays varsity softball and works at a local daycare.
Bonnie Reck of RSVP presented the program about the opioid epidemic and what citizens can do about it.
