The Central Iowa Sewing Guild will meet Saturday, Jan. 20, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Trinity Methodist Church in Huxley.

The program will be “No Wrinkles, No Ridges, No Shine: Pressing Tools and Techniques.”  Hams, guides, irons and cloths — the variety of pressing tools can be overwhelming. All interested are invited to attend to learn about both common and obscure pressing techniques, tips and tools. Vicky Konrady and other Central Iowa Sewing Guild members will demonstrate and present the materials.

The meeting will also include show and tell.
