Market Nights in downtown Webster City will take the week off in honor of the Independence Day holiday on Friday, July 4.

There will be no event on Thursday, July 3.

You can expect the fun to return the following week on Thursday, July 10, when Market Nights returns downtown.

Of special interest on July 10, Grama’s Diner is going to be cooking up a blast from the past with the authentic Bash’s Drive-In coney dogs. Grama (Donna Ryder) and Mike Bashford (Bash’s) have put their heads (and kitchen aprons) together on this one.

Now that’s something to look forward to.

Grama’s Diner is located at 725 Second Street, across the street from the Daily Freeman-Journal.
