Lynx boys fall to Clear Lake
The Webster City boys tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to Clear Lake on Monday afternoon. Nathan Wardell pushed his match to a super-tiebreaker after splitting two sets with Walker Willams at the No. 1 singles spot. Wardell dropped the first set, 6-3, bouncing back to take the second, 6-2. Williams, though, won the match with a 13-11 victory in the super-tiebreaker. Max Anderson and James Elliott both won four games in their singles matches, as did the doubles pair of Wardell and Sage Bock.
