On Jan. 24, Jeri S. Elliott, Webster City, was traveling west bound on First Street. Loren D. Anderson, Webster City, was driving a road grader and was traveling north bound on Broadway Street plowing snow. Elliott attempted to stop for a stop sign located at the intersection of First Street and Broadway Street, but slid into the intersection due to slick road conditions. The front bumper of Elliott’s vehicle collided into the blade of the grader. There were no injuries. Elliott’s vehicle sustained an estimated $500 in minor damage.

On Jan 21, Juan Ceto Perez, Webster City, was traveling south on Superior Street through the intersection of Bank Street. Donald L. Nokes, Webster City, was traveling west on Bank Street through Superior Street. The traffic signal was red for north and south bound traffic. The traffic signal was green for west bound traffic on Bank Street. Nokes proceeded through the intersection with the green signal. Ceto Perez failed to stop at the red signal. The front of Nokes’ vehicle collided with the driver’s side of Ceto Perez’ vehicle. There were no injuries reported. Ceto Perez’ vehicle sustained an estimated $4,000 in severe damage. Nokes’ vehicle sustained an estimated $4,000 in functional damage.

Cody R. Lamirande, Webster City, was arrested on Jan. 14 for operating while intoxicated.

A warrant was served to arrest Erik O. Nunez, Webster City, on Jan. 11.
