On Oct. 18, 2014, Edgar Mazariegos-Garcia, of Luverne, Minn., was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to have a valid license.

On Oct. 25, Keith L. Draeger, of Webster City, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense.

On Oct. 26, 2014, Pedro A. Ruiz, of Webster City, was charged with public intoxication, second offense.

On Nov. 6, 2014, Nathaniel S. Ruiz, of Webster City, was charged with aggravated domestic abuse assault.

On Nov. 6, 2014, Cydney J. Bakken and Aaron S. Brinkman, both of Webster City, were charged with violation of a restraining order.

On Nov. 8, 2014, Justin R. Ekstrom, of Webster City, was charged with domestic simple assault and possession of paraphernalia.
