Grab your girlfriends and a box of tissues, those sassy southern ladies are back in town.

Webster City Community Theatre brings “Steel Magnolias” to the local stage this weekend.

It’s an enduring tale of strong friendship among women as ageless as a block of good cheese.

Showtimes are 7 p.m., tonight and Saturday, September 27 and 28, and a 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday, September 29. Tickets are $15, or $12 for students 18 and younger.
