It's a passion of the heart when Amanda Lemke takes to stenciling a beautiful pattern by hand on the wall inside The Elks, which will be housing the new location of the Wildcat Distillery soon. The work, explained Tony Nelson, is taking longer than they expected, but they insist they are getting closer. Much of what has them delayed is getting the proper permits in place before they can open. The team which makes this delightful business, has also been hard at work, getting the farm crop in the ground, so they have something to distill. Patience, they urge, as they continue to work and burn the midnight oil.
