BELMOND — The Webster City boys soccer team made it an even dozen with a 4-2 win over Belmond-Klemme on Thursday. Callahan captures gold for Lynx track

CLEAR LAKE — The Webster City boys track and field team put a cap on the regular season here last Thursday night at the North Central Conference meet. Justin Callahan led the way for the Lynx, who finished fifth overall. Algona claimed team honors followed by Clear Lake and Humboldt. IOWA CITY — Former South Hamilton standout Austin Busch was honored during the annual Golden Herkys here on Tuesday night. Busch, a redshirt sophomore with the Iowa track and field program, was named men’s Hawkeye of the year. Others honored include Stephen Buchanan II, Lucy Olsen, Sydney Affolter, Kaleb Johnson and Kylie Feuerbach. Along with being a leader on the field, Busch shines in the classroom and the community.
