Algona took home first in a triangular, as the Lynx were second followed by Iowa Falls-Alden at the Links Golf Course. Senior Kenley Koop and junior Hayden McCoy led Webster City (5-3 in league) with 49s, as senior Ellie Peterson carded a 50. ALGONA — The Webster City boys golf team placed second at a North Central Conference triangular here Tuesday from Eagle Hills Golf Course. Algona was first with a 150, as the Lynx came in second with a 167. Iowa Falls-Alden was third with a score of 168. Nathan Manske of Algona recorded the low round, shooting a 2-under 34 to finish ahead of teammate Wyatt Kelly by two strokes for medalist honors. STATE CENTER — The South Hamilton boys golf team took part in the HOIAC Tournament here Tuesday at Lincoln Valley Golf. Nevada shot a 310 to take home top honors, five strokes ahead of PCM. Roland-Story was third followed by Grand View Christian, Greene County, the Hawks, West Marshall, Saydel and Perry.
