Donald R. Hanus

EAGLE GROVE — Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Donald Raymond Hanus, the son of Donald H. and Marie (Kepler) Hanus, was born on January 22, 1949, in Webster City, Iowa, where he was raised and educated.

Don passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Eldora Specialty Care in Eldora, at the age of 73 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Harold and Vera Kepler and August and Ethel Hanus; brother, Ronald Hanus; nephew, Ronald Hanus, Jr. and sister-in-law, Carole Hanus.

Don is survived by his daughter, Angela Hanus of Hampton; son, Donnie Frye of Madison, WI; grandson, Brody Frye of Madison, WI; brother, Mike Hanus of Eagle Grove; sister, Rita Hanus of Eagle Grove; aunt, Charlotte Johnson of Webster City, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
