Stu Vogelbacher was surprised Wednesday, when after a golf tournament, golfers, friends and family all showed up at the Briggs Woods Clubhouse as a new bench was unveiled to honor him for 50 years of volunteer service at the Briggs Woods Golf Course. Bob Joslin, Russ Appel, and Travis Long spoke briefly expounding on the hours and work he has put into help promote the course, and the coordination of tournaments throughout the 50 years.
