Rev. Thomas H. Hoversten, age 88, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, April 9, 2022, in Oshkosh, WI. Services in Iowa will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, April 22, 2022, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 200 Beech St, Williams, IA with Rev. Jeff Tjelta officiating. Visitation will take place at the church on Friday from 12:30 pm until time of service. Burial will immediately follow the service at Williams Public Cemetery. Foster Funeral & Cremation Center is in charge of arrangements.
