Joe Schnepf, 65 of Kellogg and longtime Stanhope resident, died Wednesday, December 29, 2021, due to injuries sustained in a semi accident. A Memorial Service for both he and his brother, Stephen, will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Foster Funeral & Cremation Center.
