MARIAN ERMELS

Marian Ermels, 85, of Webster City died on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Marian Raye PeCoy, daughter of Eldon and Valeria (Pierce) PeCoy was born March 11, 1934 in Pomeroy. She graduated from Algona high school. She was a beautician with her mother in Algona. On September 25, 1953 she married Bernard John Ermels in Algona.

he is survived by her husband, Bernie; sons, Marty (Kathy) Ermels of Urbandale and Ron Ermels of Webster City; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Marian was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Don PeCoy.

Marian was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, a past member of Women of the Moose and the 10 pin bowling league. She enjoyed going to Stanhope for daily coffee with her friends.
