Lawsuits by VeroBlue dismissed by judge in recent ruling

A federal court has dismissed all of VeroBlue Farms, USA claims against four of the company founders. The suit was brought by the final investor Otto Happel, a German citizen and a resident of Switzerland on behalf of VeroBlue. The suits filed in 2022 by Veroblue Farms, USA, Inc. against four co-defendents; Leslie A. Wulf, Bruce A. Hall, John E. Life Serve reports results of Blood Drive

The LifeServe Blood Center announced this week that the blood drive held last week at the Van Diest Medical Center was a great success. The blood drive had 28 registered donors, with 22 successful procedures. 26 units of blood and plasma were collected, which could potentially impact 78 lives. During the drive, there was one new donor, 1 who reached their first gallon of donations, and 1 person who hit the 14 gallon mark.
