YSS honors Halleland, a board member from Hamilton County
AMES — Keith Halleland, of Blairsburg, was honored on January 26 at the annual YSS Recognition Luncheon for his outstanding service to YSS of Hamilton County.
Halleland was one of nine YSS award winners from across the state, all of whom were recognized at the event sponsored by the YSS Foundation Board of Trustees. He is an active board member for YSS of Hamilton County and is instrumental in organizing events, advocating for youth, and promoting YSS programs in the community.
“Keith is an incredibly passionate board member, always stepping up to help engage and advocate for YSS within Hamilton County,” Amy Doyle, vice president of Philanthropy & Community Engagement at YSS, said. “I’m continually impressed and grateful for the passion and commitment Keith shows.”
One of Iowa’s oldest and largest youth-serving nonprofit organizations, YSS’s mission is to provide hope and opportunity by putting kids first.
