Hamilton County Board of Health meets Thursday

The monthly meeting of the Hamilton County Board of Health will be held at 5:15 p.m Thursday at 1610 Collins St., Suite 1 in the conference room. Items on the agenda include the administrator’s report, financial report, and environmental services reports. There is also a snapshot of the HHS system for 2025, wound documentation policy and tanning bed policy.

Hamilton County Pheasants Forever annual banquet is March 30

The annual banquet for the Hamilton County Pheasants Forever will be held on March 30. This will be at the Briggs Woods Conference Center, located at 2501 Briggs Woods Trail. Funds from the banquet and other fundraising is used to purchase land for conservation. Most of this property is then given to the Hamilton County Conservation Office to make it public land. Beacon of Hope hosts fundraiser 'Night of Hope' Saturday

The Beacon of Hope Men’s Shelter will host its annual “Night of Hope” fundraiser on March 21 at 6 p.m. at the Historic Phillips Auditorium, 1015 Fifth Ave. N., in Fort Dodge. The featured speaker for the event will be Van Harden, a retired personality from WHO Radio, inventor, author, speaker, and Bible teacher.
