It evolved from the Pride in Webster City community group, which began in 2010. Since 2023 the group has been a member of the SculptureOne group which includes the cities of Eau Claire, Wisconsin; Mankato, Minnesota; and Mason City. The Jane Young House Museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday for those who want to view the new exhibit. The Jane Young House is located at 629 Elm St. in Webster City. The new exhibit highlights fashions from 1947. A beautiful house, full of history contributes to the experience visiting the historic home. A free will donation is the only cost. A ramp is available on the east side of the building for those needing handicap access.
The Food Bank of Iowa will be bringing the Mobile Food Pantry to the St. Thomas Parish Center Tuesday. Van Diest Medical Center is now accepting nominations for the 2026 DAISY Award for extraordinary nurses.
