MANSON — The South Hamilton boys and girls track and field teams were in action here last Thursday night at the Emily Markert Relays hosted by Manson Northwest Webster. Both teams finished fourth overall in the standings. For the South Hamilton boys, the 4x400-meter relay picked up the lone first place finish, crossing home in 3:35.84. Davien Henderson, Braden Young, Hayden Hill and Tanner Twedt all earned runner-up medals, as did the 4x200-meter relay. EAGLE GROVE — Luke Martensen had the low round as the South Hamilton boys golf team claimed a triangular here Tuesday over host Eagle Grove and Clarion-Goldfield/Dows. ALGONA — The Webster City girls track and field team took part in the Hannover Relays hosted by Algona here Tuesday night. The Bulldogs captured team gold followed by Clear Lake and Lake Mills.
