Three events in Webster City will honor veterans on Veterans Day, which is Tuesday, November 11.

Veterans from American Legion Post 191 will be talking about their military experiences to eighth-grade students at the Webster City Middle School, 1101 Des Moines Street, from 8:30 until 9:30 a.m.

The Community Veterans Day program at the Webster City Middle School multi-purpose room will start at 10:45 a.m. All members of the community are invited. Those attending should plan to be in the gym and seated by the start of the program.

The Webster City High School, 1001 Lynx Avenue, will also sponsor a veterans program at 1 p.m. It will be held in the main competition gym. All veterans and community members are invited.

The guest speaker will be LuAnn Garvey.
