Did you know January is National Blood Donor Month? The next Webster City Community Blood Drive is scheduled for Thursday, January 9, at the Van Diest Medical Center Clinic Board Room, 2350 Hospital Drive, Webster City.

This blood drive will be from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m.

LifeServe, which organizes this blood drive, provides blood for the local hospital and perhaps even your neighbor.

Plus, if you donate blood you will receive a Scooters cookie.
