'Beauty and the Beast Jr.' opens to a sold-out show tonight

Landon Gerdes as Lumiere, Delaney Lyons as Mrs. Potts, Lauren Ehn as Chip, Aiden Haman as Cogsworth, Alivia Hector as Madame de la Grande Bouche and Greta Kenville as Babette, dream of being, “Human Again” in a rehearsal for “Beauty and the Beast Jr.,” which opens tonight at the Webster City Community Theatre.

Tonight’s show is sold out, but there are still seven more opportunities to see the show: June 22, 28 and 29 at 7 p.m.; June 22, 23, 29 and 30 at 2 p.m.

Tickets for adults are $15; student tickets for kids 18 years and under are $10.

You can access the new online ticketing at the WCCT website, www.webstercitycommunitytheatre.org, click the purchase tickets online button. That will take you to the secure ticket purchasing site. There, you will be able to select a performance and view the seating chart to select your seats. Click on your preferred seats to purchase and then select whether the ticket is for a student or an adult.

You can also scan the QR code located on postcards and posters to access the ticketing site, or go directly to the site, htttp://our.show/webstercitycommunitytheatre.

A credit or debit card is required for the purchase.

Note: There will be a processing fee.

The tickets will then be emailed to you, featuring a QR code with ticket information. You can print the ticket, or simply show the theatre’s usher the QR code on your phone when you arrive at the theatre for the show.

Note too, that online ticket sales end 90 minutes before the start of each production. After that, the tickets for any seating left can be purchased at the theatre’s box office.
