Williams, Jackson join staff at First State Bank

Kristen Williams joins the First State Bank staff in Webster City as a Credit Administration Specialist. She is a new member of the Webster City Community where she currently resides with her boyfriend Beau Crystal (Webster City), her dog Holden and cat Quinn. Williams is a graduate of Forest City High School and has an AA in Accounting from NIACC in Mason City and a degree in Business Administration from UNI.

Williams has also attended several of the IBA Banking Schools including Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, Real Estate Compliance and the IBA Deposit Documentation Seminar. Prior to her employment at First State Bank She worked as the Finance Manager for a Ford Dealership in Garner. Williams was a Teller/Personal Banker at First Citizens National Bank in Mason City from 2008-2012 and a Mortgage Loan Officer at Reliance State Bank in Garner from 2012-2015. Prior to relocating to Webster City, she was an active member of the Garner Community. She was a member of the Rotary Club, President of the Garner Chamber of Commerce, a YIELD mentor and sat on the board of directors for NIACC Continuing Ed and the Garner Farmers Market. She is looking to get involved in the Webster City Community. In her spare time Kristen enjoys cooking, watching sports (especially baseball and football) and spending time with her family. We are pleased to welcome Kristen to our team. Ashley Jackson joined the First State Bank staff in Webster City in June of 2016 as a teller.

Jackson was born and raised in Webster City where she still resides today. She has one son, Dallas. Her parents, Jeff Jackson and Mindy Highland reside in Webster City. She has one older sister, Allie in Cedar Rapids, and a younger brother Avery Jackson who recently passed away.

Prior to her employment at First State Bank, Ashley was the assistant manager at Godfathers Pizza in Webster City. In her spare time she enjoys baking, painting, going on bike rides and taking her son to the races.
