Stacy Wearda, broker/owner with Neighborhood Realty in Webster City and Fort Dodge, was recently elected as president-elect of the Wright Hamilton Board of Realtors. The Wright Hamilton Board of Realtors provides networking and support for realtors in the Wright and Hamilton County region.

Additionally, Wearda is active on the Fort Dodge Board of Realtors on the Disciplinary Committee, Board of Trustees for the First United Congregational Church of Christ and active in the Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce.

She resides in the Duncombe area with her husband Travis and their two children where she helps with the family operation.

As upcoming president of the Wright Hamilton Board of Realtors, Wearda will be attending the National Association of Realtors gathering in New Orleans in 2014.
