Jamie and Josh Flugstad

Jamie Ragland and Josh Flugstad were united in marriage on Nov. 7, 2017 at the Mulberry Center Church in Webster City. Joy Fopma, the groom’s sister, officiated the ceremony.

The bride’s parents are Jerry and Debbie Ragland, Webster City, and the groom’s parents are Robert and Patty Brown, also of Webster City.
