Heiden, Rapp wed

Amanda Elaine Rapp and Tyler James Heiden, both of Latimer were united in marriage on June 21 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Williams. Parents of the couple are Michael and Jory Rapp and James and Janice Heiden, all of Williams. Grandparents of the couple are Joy Kinney of Hampton, Elaine Rapp of Dubuque and Doris Heiden of Alden. An arrangement of white roses was set up front in memory of the late grandparents, Jerry Kinney, Robert Rapp, Leo Heiden and Richard and Elaine Lauterbach.

Jason Kinney, uncle of the bride performed the double ring ceremony. Elizabeth Nannenga, friend of the couple was the pianist. Benjamin Rapp, brother of the bride was the soloist and sang “Perfect for You.”

The bride wore an ivory mermaid style gown with pearl and crystal beading, taffeta ruffles, sweetheart neckline and pearl buttons on the back. She carried a bouquet of ivory colored burlap hydrangeas with pearl and crystal accents.

Maid of honor was Ashley Hanson, friend of the couple. Bridesmaids were Kayla Kinney, cousin of the bride; Trisha Zoske, sister of the groom; Autumn Rapp, sister of the bride; Lisa Heiden, sister of the groom; Abigail Hook, sister of the bride and Lydia Rapp, sister-in-law of the bride. They wore floor-length mint green dresses. The flower girls were Adelynn Zoske, Hattie and Magdelen Heiden, all nieces of the groom. Adelynn carried a sign that said “Last Chance to Run.” They wore floor length sleeveless dresses made by their grandmother Janice Heiden.

The groom wore a silver gray suit with a white shirt and mint green tie. Best man was Anthony Heiden, brother of the groom; Andrew Shillington, cousin of the groom; Noah Rapp, brother of the bride; Beau Kinney, cousin of the bride; Gabriel Rapp, Zach Rapp and Caleb Rapp, brothers of the bride. Ring bearers were Cash Rapp, nephew of the bride and Daniel Zoske, nephew of the groom. Daniel carried a sign that said “Uncle Tyler Here Comes Your Girl.” Candlelighters were Luke and Nathaniel Rapp, brothers of the bride. Ushers were Joshua and Kyler Rapp, brothers of the bride and Andrew Tapper and Geno Morris, both friends of the couple. Stephanie Rapp, sister-in-law of the bride was the bride’s personal attendant.

A buffet dinner reception and dance were held at the Williams Community Center, hosted by John and Karen Heiden, uncle and aunt of the groom. Tim Klaffke was DJ for the dance. A rehearsal dinner was held at Cheaper By The Dozen on June 19.

The couple went on a seven-day honeymoon to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. They now reside in Latimer where both are employed at the CAL Community School.
