Witches, superheros and princesses will invade downtown Webster City tonight when the Webster City businesses roll out the welcome mat for the Annual Downtown Trick or Treat. The event will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. This is in addition to the residential Halloween Trick or Treat night, which will be on Friday, October 31. “Downtown Trick-or-Treat is a community favorite event,” said Anna Woodward, director of the Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce. “This year, we expect to top our past year’s participants with 45 organizations already registered.” Webs & Wheels ...
