Shelby Kroona, left, director of Hamilton County Public Health, was named as the Woman of the Year for 2020-2021 for Laureate Gamma Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority. The presentation was made by Chapter President Sheryl Asmus Monday afternoon. Asmus said the designation was for all that Kroona had done the community and county during the pandemic. Kroona was also presented with a $50 donation for Hamilton County Public Health.
