The Webster City girls soccer team pulled back to .500 with a big win over Hampton-Dumont-CAL on Monday night.
The Lynx (2-2 overall, 1-2 North Central Conference) earned a 9-1 victory over the Bulldogs.
Three different players scored for the Lynx, lead by Janey Putney. The Lynx senior had a haul, scoring four goals.
Sandra Fuentes-Cruz recorded a hat trick and senior Jayme Perez had two goals.
Julia Griep had three assists, while Perez, and Fuentes-Cruz had two assists each.
Putney also had an assist and has eight goals on the season.
The Lynx are back in action on Monday at home against Clear Lake.
