Brenda Houck, left, is in the Hamilton County area getting signatures for a nomination petition to run for the U.S. Senate to replace the position now held by Joni Ernst. Houck spent 27 years in the Navy, but is originally from Dayton, currently living in Des Moines.
Brenda Houck has been in the Webster City and Hamilton County area to get petitions signed so she can run for office.
She is getting signatures to run for the U.S. Senate. She will be running as an Independent.
Her issues include voting rights, and fiscal responsibility of tax dollars. She supports the Second Amendment and gun safety, and a number of views about education and health issues in Iowa. She offers support to the farmers and independent business owners.
