Webster City girls come up just short at No. 8 Algona
ALGONA — The Webster City girls put together one of their more complete games of the season, nearly pulling off an upset against eighth-ranked (Class 3A) Algona here on Friday. The Bulldogs were able to pull away late, securing a 61-53 victory over the Lynx. Olivia Gallentine scored 20 points with five rebounds and four assists to lead Webster City. Marissa Hedeen added eight points, four assists and three rebounds.
