The Webster City boys dropped a 45-40 decision to Manson Northwest Webster here Monday night.

Alex Staley scored 16 points to lead the Lynx, as Coyce Bertran added 12.

The Cougars held a two-point lead after the first, as Webster City rallied to go up 25-23 at the break. The contest was tied at 32-all before Manson Northwest Webster pulled away in the fourth.

Coy Moline led the Cougars with 16 points and Isaiah Daggett added 10.
