Busy week planned at Hamilton Co. Speedway
Races scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday in conjunction with Fair
A big week of racing action is headed to Hamilton County Speedway as part of the annual Hamilton County Fair.
Events are scheduled this Thursday through Sunday at the famed track.
Up first will be the SLMR East Late Models, along with Iron Man Stock Cars, B-Mods, Hobby Stocks and Modifieds on Thursday. The purse for the Modifieds on Thursday night continues to rise, as $1,000 was recently added to the pot by Ben Nading.
Pits open at 4 p.m. and grandstands an hour later, with racing action set for 7:20 p.m. Ticket prices are $20 for adults, $17 for seniors/military with anyone under 16 free with a student ID.
Kids 11-and-under are free.
The following night will be the Malvern Bank 360 Sprint Car Series along with 360 Winged Sprint Cars, 305 Sprint Cars, Stock Cars, B-Mods and Hobby Stocks.
Again, pits open at 4 p.m., grandstands at 5 p.m. and racing action set for 7:20 p.m. The only cost difference is for seniors/military, which is $15.
Saturday is the Northern Lights Modified Series and Iron Man Stock Cars night with the Northern Lights Modified Series being joined by the Iron Man Stock Cars, B-Mods, Hobby Stocks and Crown Vics.
Start times remain the same, with ticket prices matching Thursday’s event.
The fourth and final day of action will be the Eve of Destruction Trailer Races on Saturday, starting at 5:30 p.m. with pits opening at 3 p.m. and grandstands at 4 p.m.
Cost is $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and juniors free with a student ID. Kids 11-and-under are also free with a paid adult.
