Lynx run at Algona Invite

ALGONA — The Webster City cross country teams ran at the Algona Invitational on Monday.

Jack Barner and Justin Callahan turned in Top-30 performances for the boys, who placed 11th.

Barner was 27th in a time of 18:40.90. Callahan was 28th (18:41.40).

Other counting runners for the Lynx were Gabe Thumma (19:46.40) in 54th, Jackson Olmstead (20:34.40) in 75th and Daniel Delfin (20:43.50) was 77th.

Ivan Lopez (21:18) placed 88th and Kyzer Zinnel (21:23.90) 90th.

Isabel Grossoehme (23;06.10) was the top performer for the Webster City girls. She took 28th place.

Sydney Oswald (26:54.60) was 79th. Lydia VanDeer (26:57.40 in 80th), Abby Peterson (27:38.40 in 84th), Karina Murray (30:19.70 in 95th) and Isabelle McNiel (32:41.20 in 98th) also competed for the Lynx.
