FORT DODGE — The Webster City volleyball team dug deep here Tuesday night in a hostile environment.
Down 2-0 on the scoreboard, the Lynx rallied to force a fifth and deciding set vs. Fort Dodge, coming up just short.

“We have to smooth a few things out because that’s how you change momentum back to your favor.”
After seeing the second set slip through their fingers, the Lynx came out strong in the third. They used a 8-3 run to build a cushion before finishing things off with a 6-1 rally.

“It was really important to see the girls rally back,” Howard said. “It was good to see us not fold down 2-0 but we need to have stronger starts.”
