Delainey Bargfrede added one more all-North Central Conference honor to her resume, as the Webster City senior was tabbed unanimous first team on the softball diamond.

Joining Bargfrede were fellow senior Ava Peterson while classmates Bonnie Nohrenberg and Adeline Tesdahl made the second-team. Junior Cloe Savitski and sophomore Jakaela Cherry were third team picks for the Lynx, who went 10-2 in the league and placed second.

Bargfrede, who is headed to Western Kentucky University to continue her career in the fall, led the NCC with an earned run average below one in conference games. Her 10 wins tied for the lead while her 121 strikeouts and .161 opponent batting average were also first.

Bargfrede added 15 hits with three doubles, two triples and a pair of home runs at the plate, driving in nine.

Peterson tied for fourth with 13 steals while also adding 15 hits, 12 runs and 11 RBI. Tesdahl had 13 steals with 13 runs scored, eight walks, eight hits and six RBI.

Nohrenberg had 11 hits with nine runs and nine RBI in 12 league games with Cherry recording 11 hits while driving in five and scoring five times. Savitski stole four bases.
