South Hamilton splits at R-S
ROLAND — The South Hamilton softball team went 2-2 in action here last Friday and Saturday at the Kiwanis Tournament.
After besting Iowa Falls-Alden (4-2) and falling to fifth-ranked (Class 3A) Estherville-LC (10-0) on Friday, the Hawks upset 10th-ranked (3A) Solon (5-4) and lost to No. 1 (4A) North Polk (7-2) on Saturday.
South Hamilton (10-11 overall) heads to No. 12 (3A) West Marshall Monday night.
