JEWELL — The South Hamilton softball team scored an 8-6 victory over Roland-Story in their home regular season finale here Tuesday.

The win snapped a three-game losing skid for the Hawks, who were topped by Monroe-PCM earlier this week.

South Hamilton is now 13-15 overall and will conclude the year at Collins-Maxwell on Thursday night. The Spartans are currently ranked fifth in Class 1A with a record of 21-2.
